good location but noisy nights

The location is a highlight. It allows easy access to the city's attractions. The staff were friendly, offering a warm farewell with a delicious pastel de nata. I found the breakfast selection good, especially the fresh pastries.

The noise from the nightlife outside might disrupt light sleepers.

I stayed here for 3 days and would come back for sure. The property was fairly clean, featured interesting design, I greatly enjoyed it. There was a good choice of food for breakfast, it was cheap.

Front desk staff handled my issue quickly.

Only one outlet in the room, terrible air conditioning that sounds like a dinosaur, complicated check-in process that requires too much writing!!!

Well located in the city centre, near the metro. Bedroom and bathroom were well equiped and decorated and were clean reception staff were pleasant continental buffet breakfast was very good

The view out of our bedroom window was awful looking onto the backs of derelict buildings.

Affordable accommodation (50 eur/nite) + close proximity to the center and metro station Aliados as well as a decent breakfast in the morning.

Maybe bathrooms would need a little renovation. Especially bathtubs.

Howay, I had a canny time here! The staff were proper friendly and gave a warm smile, always willing to help. Breakfast had a decent selection, particularly the fresh bread. Bit noisy at night, though, so not great if you’re a light sleeper.

The location of this hotel is excellent. You can easily walk to the city center as we did every day. There are also few stores, bars and restaurants near by. Free WiFi was good although a bit slow speed and a 24h reception is always a good thing. Breakfast was good in sense that there was everything you expect from a hotel breakfast. In some mornings you could even enjoy it but most of the mornings the breakfast room was too crowded and items were running out.

By far the worst thing about this hotel was the noise level. You could hear everything from the hallway and from near by rooms including TV and normal talking. Even the seagulls outside. These noises woke us up every morning way too early and we couldn't get any sleep after that. Hotels are mainly for sleeping and when you can't really do that, it's not much of an hotel then. Our friends had a room from the second floor and they were also kept up by the noises from the street. Staff wasn't that friendly at all. We stayed at the hotel with friends and we all shared the feeling that the staff was sometimes even a bit rude. Breakfast had everything you expect it to have including really bad coffee but the worst thing was that it was really overcrowded most of the mornings. The breakfast room is a bit too small and it takes some effort to get yourself a table. This also lead to some of the items running out as there was only one staff person to clean and refill everything. Some of the rooms are renovated but some are not. Our friends had a larger and renovated room as we had a small and old room. Try to make sure you get a "new" room when booking.

One can hear the noise from the corridor very well in the room.
